Do I need to bring baseballs?
No, Diamond Baseballs will be provided.
Where can I find a place to stay?
KOD has a list of local hotels in the tournament area. They are listed on our travel page. Please contact the hotel and let them know you will be attending our tournament.
Do you have a gift shop?
We do not have a gift shop,but we will be selling tournament shirts and novelties.
Who are Baseball Field Directors and what do they do?
KODB Field Directors play a vital part in the organization. Without them, the program would not function. Field Directors assist the KODB Headquarters staff in providing services to existing tournaments and leagues. They organize and conduct tournament play and they are largely responsible for the development of new tournaments. Field Directors serve as administrative and service agents to the tournaments.
Do you have concessions?
We do have a food service at some facilities where you may get the following items: Gatorade, Water, Soda, Chips/crackers, Hotdogs, Hamburgers, etc.
When and where do I check in?
Coaches need to check in 1 hour before game time in the information booth.
How do you get in touch with the coaches?
We try to get cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses for contacts. Please go into online forms and complete the cell phone and e-mail address for the Manager and coach.
I am a parent, who should I call for more information?
Parents should contact their coaches for more information about the tournament.
I am a coach, where can I find the rules?
Tournament rules can be found in the information for coaches section.
When will the schedule be posted?
Schedules are posted on our website at 5 PM the Tuesday prior to the tournament.
What do I need to bring?
Coaches need to bring a printed roster, proof of team insurance and a signed waiver which will be signed at Check-In.
